Who you’re dealing with

If you’re going to put your business on someone’s platform, you should be able to find out who they are in under a minute. Several of the companies we compete with don’t publish a legal entity, a jurisdiction, or a dated terms page anywhere. Here’s ours.

The company

Upfront is a product of The Finessed Hub (finessedhub.com), operating from the United States, State of Georgia. Contact: rogermmf@gmail.com — a person reads it.

Terms and privacy

Upfront has not launched as a paid service yet. Nothing on this site charges anyone. Accounts exist as of 2026-07-31, and they are free — there is no billing system and no card field anywhere. The terms of service and privacy policy are drafted and are with counsel for review; they will be published, dated and version-stamped, before the first charge is ever made. That is a hard rule for us, not a plan: nothing charges until counsel-blessed terms ship.

What we do with data today

This site sets no cookies and runs no fingerprinting. If you reserve a handle or join the launch list, we receive what you typed and your email, and we use it for exactly that — telling you when Upfront opens. We don’t sell it and we don’t share it. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Accounts

If you create an account we store your email, your password as a salted hash we cannot read (handled by Supabase, our authentication provider), and the content you put on your page. Your page is private until you press Publish. Link taps on published pages are counted without cookies and without storing IP addresses — path, link label, destination and referring site, nothing else. Email rogermmf@gmail.com to delete your account and everything in it; a person does it, same day.

The pages we host

Every business profile at upfront.bio/<name> was built from facts supplied by the owner or taken from that business’s own website — never scraped from third-party directories. Each page carries its verification level and the date the facts were checked. If a page about you is wrong, or you want it taken down, email us and we’ll act the same day.

One honest limit

Publishing on Upfront is unrestricted, and we will never replace someone’s page with a public "banned" banner. But payments will run through Stripe, and Stripe maintains its own list of restricted businesses. Those rules are theirs and they apply to anyone using Stripe anywhere. We would rather tell you that now than have you discover it after you’ve built something.
